In many ancient images, it is unclear to the modern viewer if the female figure depicted is a goddess or a human woman. We have learned to see the Goddess in each other’s faces and forms. Now when we look at an image and ask: is she Goddess? is she priestess? is she healer? We know the answer: She is my sister, She is my Self.
